The Lead Installer is one of the last points of contact for the customer in the installation process and contributes to the goal of providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for knowing what equipment is needed and getting it to and from the job site. You will also interface with customers and check the crew in and out each day. Additionally, you will supervise and delegate work, follow up to ensure work is completed, and handle any issues.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budget, and client satisfaction throughout the project. Additionally, you will interface with the Lead Installer and field crew to identify and resolve any issues.
