Chad started with the company in 1992 as an installer and worked his way up through the ranks while learning every aspect of the business and the industry. He bought ownership stake in 2004 with his partners and has since run the day-to-day operations of the business, focused on obtaining new business, and nurtured existing partnerships with our clients. Chad’s drive, tenacity, honest practices, and willingness to help has made Modular Interiors the obvious choice for our clients. Under Chad’s direction and leadership, Modular Interiors has grown more than 700%. No longer only a Colorado-based company, Chad has expanded the company’s services by opening a satellite branch in Utah in 2006, creating a business model to service client’s needs nationally, and expanding even further to include international services as of 2015. With no plans to change his way of forwarding thinking, Modular Interiors is still gaining steam as Chad is focused on being a nationally recognized Commercial Installation company. Chad has created a fun and inclusive company culture, where everyone is welcomed and treated like family.
Chad is a wonderful husband, father of 2 daughters, and 2 beautiful granddaughters. A Colorado native, he enjoys spending quality time with his family (which includes 2 Great Danes), fishing, golfing, hunting, and football season!
